Description

As seen in docDB 18729, the BPF recoE for ND muCat muons is a little off due to not knowing if the track ends in steel or not. A robust study needs to be done to figure out how best to correct this (at the ART level.) It would be ideal if this was handled automatically within the tracker without the need for an after-the-fact correction at the CAF level.
