Description

As seen in docDB 18729, the BPF recoE for ND muCat muons is a little off due to not knowing if the track ends in steel or not. A robust study needs to be done to figure out how best to correct this (at the CAF level.) Followed by coding up an appropriate set of CAF-level "corrections" for muCat tracks.
