Description

Currently in the main page of the CI web app, in the "checkout" tooltip it is showed the list of "modules" and "revision" hash.
It will be more user friendly to show the the "git description" instead of the "git revision"
The "git description" will be a string like "LARSOFT_SUITE_v06_18_00-2-g0710d7a". It will be provided to the CI DB using the field "gitdescription". If this information is not available, keep using "gitrevision" as fallback value.

Then add the "git description" also in the "checkout" view.
With this new info, in the "checkout" view, we will have:
module name; git description; git revision

NOTE: the new field "gitdescription" needs to be mapped to the previous filed "cutversion" that is not used.
