Add a navigation bar for each test detail page, similar to the one used in the ci tests overview

Feature completed and pushed into the branch feature/navigation_bar_detail_page.
Added to the page a link to the homepage and a link to the previously seen phase.
A list of related tests, that in our case could be unit tests or ci tests have been intentionally excluded from the navigation bar because the amount of test was impacting negatively the readability of the web page
