Description

Submission to AWS works but there's one important problem signaled by Steve Timm:

               <submit_attrs>
                  <submit_attr name="ec2_availability_zone" value="us-west-2a"/>
                  <submit_attr name="ec2_iam_profile_name" value="AllowS3_UploadDownload"/>
                  <submit_attr name="ec2_keypair" value="hepcloud"/>
                  <submit_attr name="ec2_spot_price" value="0.0665"/>
                  <submit_attr name="ec2_tag_vo" value="$$ENV(GLIDEIN_SEC_CLASS)"/>
               </submit_attrs>

None of these five submit_attrs were transmitted to the AWS VM. That means we do not get spot pricing, the
ssh access, the availability zone we want, the VO tag, or the role in the VM. Gotta get this fixed.
Appears that it's been broken for some time, before the current patch. We have no evidence
that this worked since 3.3.1 glideinwms was installed on cmssrv280 last fall for the google demo.

As near as I can tell, the ec2 submit_Attrs are supposed to be in the job.condor file
in /var/lib/gwms-factory/work-dir/<entryname>/job.condor

They aren't, either on cmssrv280 or fermifactory01.

Marco, I just did some archeology. Found that it was originally resolved in #2968 around 2 year back but was somehow lost. Committed a one line fix and now job.condor has the required info.
