Not convinced the histogram tooltips are useful

Description

Mostly they just seem to get in the way. Ideally they'd be toggleable? But I'm guessing that if there isn't already a button for that it's not really possible.

I don't think you can disable them, but I'll look. If not I can submit a bug to JSROOT and see if they will add it.

I couldn't find a way to disable them. I submitted a feature request to the JSROOT developers... we'll see what happens.

So, it turns out that they can be disabled, but currently it requires some menu wading.

One has to find the overlaid "?" icon corresponding to the pad the histogram is drawn in (there are usually more than one, so it's the smaller one; see red arrow in the attached image) and click it, then click the TFrame:: item (illustrated in attached image), then, in the menu that pops up, there will be a "Show tooltips" toggle.

Since that's kind of a hassle, I think it's possible to programmatically change all of them at once, so I may look into a global toggle that goes for the whole page.
