Data product review ("phase II")
A new phase of the data product review is called.
The general goals are:
- assess the effectiveness of the current data products
- extend the single data products according to the needs that has arisen in the last year-and-a-half
- introduce, develop and design new concepts as needed to satisfy these new needs

Erica, Gianluca and Giuseppe met and discussed what to do on this and figured out the next step. There may be more meetings after the subtask is complete to determine what else can be done with the limited resources we have.

Since what we cared most about in phase 2 was tracks, due to time constraints we are narrowing in on that by moving some tasks to phase 3, and rejecting others without prejudice since we don't have resources to work on them.
Phase 2 focuses on making it easy to navigate information associated to tracks where the associated data products are a direct product of the pattern recognition.
