Description

To warn users who committed code that breaks the CI build it would be useful to be able to get the status of a defined CI build.
This could be done providing a URL where it will be provided:
- CI build
- BuildType

and get in XML format the following info:
- timestamp
- list of CI phase names
- list of the CI phase status

the timestamp format should be:
YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss
where the hour is in 24 hour format
