Description

This refers to an email from Matthew Bass:

"Would it be possible to allow some fields to be required for forms? We sometimes have users forget to fill in a form completely. This should be checked when the form is submitted."

And this is my initial reply:

Hi Matt,
I will add this to our Redmine where we keep a list of ideas and improvements.
No promises though since this would not be a quick change but it would require schema changes as well andq quite a bit of code
changes.
