Observed by Felipe today:

cigetcert to fifebatch-preprod failed due to a ssl configuration error. However jobsub_submit to preprod worked, pulling proxy from myproxy.fnal.gov that had previously been emplaced with cigetcert to fifebatch-dev.

This needs to be fixed right away.
