Unlike the original, the ZS (zero suppression) in the new detsim does not allow one to use neighboring channels when deciding which tick to retain. We would like to add this capability.

This will be accomplished by adding a loop over ROPs (readout planes) to the detsim module, adding a call to a new ROP-level ZS interface and adding an implementation that retains neighboring channels.

The current geometry does not provide a ROP interator. This is the subject of https://cdcvs.fnal.gov/redmine/issues/9264.

A ROP is one of the planes of an APA. For DUNE, the channels in a ROP may include wires in two TPCs.

Larsoft geometry now has the ROP interator but I don't know if there is interest in the ZS feature discussed here. If so, we can reopen.
