Description
When I use the -r<product_root_override> option (with setup), ups active changes the -r to -q.

Interesting... When I try it, it ends up listing
poms -f -f -z -q -m -z -r
i.e. it lists it as if -r is the option to -z...
So yes, it is definitely confused.
