See if HTCondor can override storage on existing AMI's
Needed to use one AMI for both ephemeral and EBS. According to HTCondor manual it can, but we have not tested.

We now know that you can't throw ephemeral stores or change the number or size of EBS volumes on an EBS AMI that already has
a fixed size set of EBS volumes declared. The question remaining is--can you declare an AMI with no storage and use the
ec2_block_device and/or ec2_ebs_volumes attributes in the classad to pick what you want.
