Description

We still get a lot of held jobs with'error changing sandbox ownership '.
It may be due to abnormal exits, where the jobsub wrapper never gets to the part of the script where it cleans up subdirectories. Trap exits with a cleanup script to see if this helps.

pushed to branch 12048. The automated test only tests that log truncation happens properly after job exits, which is part of subdirectory cleanup. To test that signals were being caught I had to submit jobs and kill -(signum) the jobs to see what happened. Automating that test will take more work.
