Description

When I added the MPI_Ibarrier synchronization, I should have added a new timing metric to the BoardReader code - time spent waiting for siblings to catch up. And, this time should be tracked separately from the time spent waiting to put data on the art event queue.

I will make these changes.

I have committed changes to BoardReaderCore.hh/cc to split up the wait-for-sync and output-wait times. This work was done on the feature/syncStats branch, and this branch was merged into "develop" today (31-Aug-2016).
