I made a mistake assigning this task to myself. Probably this is a larsoft distribution task, although it is not clear to me what wrapper this is referring to or of there is anything to do here at all. It seems to me this is more a matter of building the UPS product containing the code, making it available for distribution by scisoft, and then something in larsoft simply linking to it in the CMakeLists.txt file. No wrapper needed.

This task involved creating a Wrapper class template suitable for use in LArLite, to avoid having the data products in LArLite need to inherit from a specific base class.
