Description

There are currently two copies of each icon on these two Desktops, one of which is very small and difficult to read. These icons also activate on a single click, which one shifter was very uncomfortable with. We would like to:

1) Eliminate the redundant icons, and make certain that the remaining icons are clearly visible

2) Require a double-click to activate icons

3) Enforce consistent labeling & icon graphics for icons present on both the ND and FD desktops
