I have made a new version of I3. It is for now W59 for testing.

3
1) target to both C465 and MRFD(Z:Ixxxxx). Targeting control by highlighting
4
commands at the bottom of the 'Main menu'.
5
2)	In the menu for each curve family there is wording about what kind of tables
6
it has. 'f(t,e)' means it has event dependent time table. These are strictly
7
defined according to the doc 'New I3 PA' I got from Keith.
8
3) To easier to handle the new front-end I have eliminated 'multiplier'. They
9
will always be 1. The new data base tables for old tables have already reflected
10
	that.
11
4) In Anode voltage page it is now allowed to freely increase time of a segment
12
by turning on command 'allow-add-time'. Once it is done it automatically turned
13
off. Here remember that mometum along a ramp are not memorized by fron-ends or
14
saved data base file. The 'p' or 'dp/p' displayed are calculated in fly from
15
't' based on the current(active) ramp played in the MECAR. When you add time
16
to a segment 'p' maintain correct relation ship with 't' but the high voltages
17
may need to be modified depending on how long the time is added. Volatge
18
you think are for 8-GeV porch may now carried to acceleration part of a ramp.
19
5) With the complexity of the program now becoming I suggest people use more the
20
'Check&Restore' page to ensure data integrity. In this page I have improved
21
both code and look and feel when I added the new front-end.
